District 30 is Downtown Sacramento's premier Nightclub and Special Event Venue. We are conveniently located in the K Street Mall, within two short blocks of the State Capitol Building and the Sacramento Convention Center. District 30 is directly across the street from the historic Crest Theatre and is a quick walk from The Sheraton Grand, The Citizen Hotel and the Hyatt Regency Hotels.
The Turn of the Century Building was completely restored with all the high tech accoutrement, including a brand new sound system from the world wine leader in dance club sound: Eastern Acoustic Works QX System and features Multiple Flatscreens. District 30's has posh interiors and the façade of District 30 features a one-of-a-kind glowing LED "puzzle art" that is best experienced in person.

We are proud to introduce our Executive Chef Brian Langevin who heads up our own in-house catering team. Chef Langevin bring a wealth of experience and exciting global influences to his classic traditional fare.

Weekday Daytime Minimum: Sunday through Thursday 750.00 ++
Evening Minimum: 2500.00 ++
Daytime events must conclude by 5:00 PM
On public nights District 30 must transition to public doors by 10:00 PM.
Financial and General Information:The Room Rental of 1500.00+ is due to lock in your date. Subsequent deposit amounts will vary depending on the type of event that is being planned. Final payments are due and payable 3 working days prior to your event. Any increases to your count will always be happily accommodated if given ample notice.
Catering: District 30 is the exclusive caterer. Plates, flatware, overlays, chafing dishes and equipment are provided to execute the event. District 30 prepares food for 5% over guarantee and client will be billed for any catering overages post event. Our menus attached are only some samples, customized menus can be presented based on season, guest count and budget.
Beverage Options: District 30 offers several bar options including beverage packages, running a master tab or drink tickets.
Bar Minimum: If there is a cash bar for the event and no beverage package is purchased –District 30 may charge a 300.00 bar set up fee and may also implement a bar guarantee at our discretion.
Alcohol Control: All guests must be of legal drinking age. A valid picture ID will be required for entrance. District 30 will not serve alcoholic beverages to guests who appear to be intoxicated.
Load in: Load in time for private parties is will vary depending upon the time and date of your event. Every load in or load out request will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
Staffing: Basic staffing for your event is included.
Decor: District 30 can assist with decor ideas and upgrades. If contracting with a decor company, please inform your Decor Company to contact us to describe in detail what is being planned.
Entertainment: District 30 can recommend DJ's, performance artists (fire, trapeze, stilters, contortion artist or gogo dancers upon request. Entertainment can be booked through District 30 and added to your master bill.
Audio/Visual: The use of our customized EAW QX Series DJ sound system is included for private events. We can assist you in booking a DJ or you are welcome to book your own. A cordless microphone is available for your use for brief announcements. Live music will require additional sound: please contact us for a quote. Our flat screens are available for your use at no additional charge using high resolution DVD's.
Service Charge: A 20% Service Charge will be added to all catering, bar totals, rentals or upgrades booked.
Sales Tax: Sales Tax of 8.75% is added to all contracted totals
Cancellation: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event allows District 30 to retain 50% of deposits paid. Cancellations made 2 weeks prior the event allows District 30 to retain all deposits paid not to exceed 90% of total. However, all or a portion of the cancellation fee will be refunded if District 30 in good faith is able to recoup the lost revenue.
